End to end hiring process

1. Talent Blueprint Meeting
This establishes your needs, defining roles, salary, and key details. Generally this meeting takes 45 minutes to an hour. It's the launchpad where we craft a strategic plan for sourcing top-tier sales talent. After this, you can leave the recruitment with us!
2. Candidate Pool Development
We create a market map of potential companies for headhunting while also posting job adverts. It's our proactive approach to cultivating a robust talent pool for recruitment needs.
3. Proactive Talent Outreach
We engage with candidates through multiple forms of outreach. Calling, Email and LinkedIn. All bases are covered. We also check the job postings for top candidates who have applied.
4. SGS Elite Interviews & Handover
This stage embodies out meticulous assessments and internal interviews, ensuring only top-tier candidates proceed to you.
We then handover the top 3-5 candidates to you. All Scorecards containing information we learnt from this stage will be available and handed over also.
5. Feedback-Driven Progression
We foster collaboration with candidates and clients, aiming for mutual success. Utilising feedback at every stage of interview, we navigate towards a win-win scenario, ensuring a smooth and progressive recruitment journey where everyone is happy. Due to this, nobody gets blindsided and everyone is on the same page.
6. Win-Win Offer Negotiation & Onboarding
We strive towards a Win-Win situation. Both candidate and client feel the offer is fair and are excited to start working together. The result is fantastic retention rates. In our last 30 placements in 2023, only 1 left in their first year!
