1. Talent Blueprint Meeting

This establishes your needs, defining roles, salary, and key details. Generally this meeting takes 45 minutes to an hour. It's the launchpad where we craft a strategic plan for sourcing top-tier sales talent. After this, you can leave the recruitment with us!

2. Candidate Pool Development

We create a market map of potential companies for headhunting while also posting job adverts. It's our proactive approach to cultivating a robust talent pool for recruitment needs.

3. Proactive Talent Outreach

We engage with candidates through multiple forms of outreach. Calling, Email and LinkedIn. All bases are covered. We also check the job postings for top candidates who have applied.

4. SGS Elite Interviews & Handover

This stage embodies our meticulous assessments and internal interviews, ensuring only top-tier candidates proceed to you.

We then handover the top 3-5 candidates. All Scorecards containing information we learnt from this stage will be available and handed over also.

5. Feedback-Driven Progression
